"Super handy when I’m short on time"
I started using Klaxoon mainly for the meeting templates, and they’ve been really helpful. When I’m rushing to get a workshop or session ready, it’s nice not having to build the whole board from scratch every single time.
A few templates still need some adjusting to fit how my team works, but that hasn’t been a big deal. Overall, it makes planning feel quicker and less chaotic, especially when I’m trying to pull things together fast.

i had my onboarding with klaxoon it was really smooth. the person walking me through everything explained it in a way that was easy to follow, and i was up and running faster than i thought i’d be. no stress, no confusion, just a easy start.

"Not the easiest to find my way around"
I used Klaxoon for a couple of team sessions, and to be honest, I found it kind of confusing. There was so many buttons and menus that I kept getting lost and had to ask people where things were.
Maybe it gets easier once you use it more, but for someone like me who just wanted something simple, it didn’t feel very smooth. I really expected it to be a bit more straightforward.

"Klaxoon definitely helped get more people in..."
Klaxoon definitely helped get more people in our group to actually participate. It took a little time to figure out a few parts, but once we got used to it, it was useful. Anyway, that’s about it.

I’ve been using Klaxoon with my team for workshops, and it’s been really useful for getting ideas out quickly. The boards are easy to figure out, and people can jump in without too much explaining, which is nice. It can get a little messy when lots of people are adding things at once, though maybe that’s partly on me because I’m not always the best at organizing the board beforehand. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for collaboration.

"clean layout and easy enough to use"
the interface looks clean, and i found most of the tools quickly. a few menus are tucked away more than i’d like, but overall it’s easy enough to get around.

Setting up users was fine, but the permissions side felt like walking into a foggy maze. I eventually figured things out, but wow, it felt way more chaotic than it needed to

"Worth it for how we use it"
We’ve been using Klaxoon with our team, based on what we get out of it day to day, it feels like good value. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it does the job well for our workshops and collaboration sessions. My only real complaint is that the pricing could be a bit easier to understand upfront.

"Fits right into our day"
We started using klaxoon because it just fits. With the tools we already use. Teams integration is really handy. Sharing boards during meetings is quick too. No big learning curve. Which helped a lot. A few settings took me a minute to find, but overall it’s been smooth. Saves us time

I had a login issue right before a workshop, and I know I probably should’ve checked everything earlier, but it still caught me off guard. I reached out to support and they fixed it quickly, which was a huge relief. The replies were friendly too, not that generic copy-paste kind of support response.

I used this for running a workshop and it made things easier. Nothing felt complicated or fussy, which I appreciated. It just did what I needed and helped the session go more smoothly

"Pretty smooth on my phone"
I don’t remember much about setting it up, which probably means it was easy. I’ve mostly used it on my phone, and from what I recall, everything felt simple and worked the way I needed it to.
